The process of the election of the Steering Committee has begun:
December 4 (your local time): deadline for announcing your candidacy for the steering committee, by emailing email@example.com your short biography and statement about why you want to be on the steering committee.
December 5: The list of candidates, their bios, and statements will be forwarded to the membership.
December 5-January 5: Votes may be cast for steering committee members (procedure to be determined).
